Helpdesk

This service provides a single point of contact for most technical issues.  You can submit your questions online to the website, by email, or by phone.  We will respond as quickly as we can with the appropriate technician.  All students are strongly encouraged to contact the helpdesk before seeking support from a technician.

For college based resources we provide unlimited technical support, time permitting. However, if the computer is your personal property, our support may be limited depending on the issue.
