Registration

For students entering 1st year in Winter 2012

  • Pay your Confirmation Fee by December 1st and then be prepared to register online through webService on December 1, 2012. We recommend that you start your registration as soon as it is open for you to register.
    • Returning First Year Studies students can begin to register starting at 9AM on December 1, 2012.
    • New First Year Studies students can begin to register starting at 10AM on December 1, 2012

The Registrar’s Office staff will be available to take phone calls (403.284.7634) and emails (registrar@acad.ca) until 4PM on December 1st, or during regular office hours, if you are having any problems. Our regular office hours are: Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM, except for Wednesday when we open at 9AM.

How to Register

Students who have been admitted to a degree program (continuing and new) register for courses online using ACAD webService. These students will be sent registration information at least three weeks prior to their earliest registration date.

Students should refer to the college's Registration regulations for details on the responsibilities and limitations of both ACAD and the student in the registration process.

About webService

webService is ACAD's online registration and student records system. Familiarize yourself with this service - you need it to register for courses and make changes to your registration. You will use it frequently!

webService also provides the following important online student services

  • view and print class schedules 
  • view and print fee assessments 
  • view holds
  • pay fees online (full and partial payments accepted) 
  • view addresses, emails and phone numbers 
  • view final grades 
  • view and print unofficial transcript 
  • print T2202A tax certificates

To Use

  1. Click on the webService link (found on the top right corner of the ACAD website)
  2. Enter your Student ID number
  3. Follow the online prompts
