How do I log in to Mosaic

The Mosaic username and password is the SAME as the Network Access Account (NA2) username and password. 

Mosaic username + password = NA2 username + password  

Log into Mosaic with your Network Access username and password. The Network Access username and password is what you use to log onto any campus computer.

If you have forgotten your password, your password has expired, or you are still unable to log in to Mosaic, drop by the Helpdesk (Room 436) with your ACAD ID to reset your password or send an email to helpdesk@acad.ca and request a password reset.

Remember, passwords:

  • MUST be at least 8 characters long
  • MUST contain at least one uppercase letter
  • MUST contain at least one number
  • MUST NOT contain your name

I forgot my Mosaic password, can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT WITHIN Mosaic. To reset your Mosaic password, you must either send an email to helpdesk@acad.ca and request a password reset, or drop by the Helpdesk (Room 436) with your ACAD ID to reset your password.


How come I cannot see the course I’m registered in when I login to Mosaic?

Email your instructor if the course you are registered in does not show up when you log into Mosaic.


How do I learn more about Mosaic?

The learning management software we are currently using in Mosaic is called Moodle. To learn more about using Moodle, check out Introducing Moodle on Lynda.com. The Luke Lindoe Library’s subscription to Lynda.com allows Library users to access over 2,000 courses and tutorials in a wide range of topics including information on Moodle. Contact the library for your lynda.com access pass.
