How do I log in to Mosaic
The Mosaic username and password is the SAME as the Network Access Account (NA2) username and password.
Mosaic username + password = NA2 username + password
Log into Mosaic with your Network Access username and password. The Network Access username and password is what you use to access your email (without the @acad.ca) and log onto any campus computer.
If you are new faculty or staff and need to determine your Network Access username and password, contact the Helpdesk. For more information on computer and technology related services, browse the Helpdesk Knowledgebase.
If you have forgotten your password, your password has expired, or you are still unable to log in to Mosaic, drop by the Helpdesk (Room 436) with your ACAD ID to reset your password or send an email to email@example.com and request a password reset.

How do I create a Mosaic template for a new course?
If you need a Mosaic template for your course or administrative site, please complete the New Mosaic Site Request Form on the Mosaic front page and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Library staff will notify you by email when your new course template has been created.
How come I can’t see my course in Mosaic?
As part of system maintenance, we hide and/or backup all courses from previous semesters. If you would like to access any courses you have previously created, please send an email to email@example.com and we will unhide and/or restore the course for you.
