Application process: 
  1. Upload all supporting documentation (images, statement, etc.) to Slideroom
  2. Application Deadline: Feb 1 (*applications will be accepted on the following working day, if the deadline falls on a weekend)
Submit/Submission : 
  • Five (5) images of current work
  • Image list indicating number, title, size, medium and date of completion of work
  • Proposal to travel and study in short-term summer programs, workshops, conferences or seminars
  • Budget and anticipated benefits, location, commencement and termination dates, and copies from calendars of tuition costs, description of program and details on supplies, living and travel costs
  • Letters from travel agencies estimating travel costs are recommended
  • Artist's statement

Conditions:

To receive funds the recipient must:

  • Provide a copy of the acceptance letter for the proposed program of study, workshop, conference or seminar
  • Complete the proposed program and return to ACAD the following semester, unless graduating in the spring
  • Submit a written report and present a verbal and/or slide presentation in the fall to other ACAD students

Applicants may submit more than one proposal for study
