PHTG 416 - Photographic Portfolio I

Students will develop a coherent body of professional quality photographic work in two chosen areas of industry specialization, which will be the basis of their portfolio. Students are encouraged to develop ideas and concepts and create images that express their own unique voice and vision. Classes will consist of ongoing dialogue and in-depth critique of work and process. Students are encouraged to study the work of contemporary photographers related to these areas of specialization and investigate relevant cultural and industry issues.
